Hello! My name is Hannah Sizemore. I am a 21 year old Licensed Nail Technician based in Warsaw, IN— I have been in the industry for 6 years. Please read my policies below before booking. Payment Forms: Cash, Card, Check. Apple Pay, Venmo and Cashapp are available with a $2 fee. If you need a price quote, please text me the set you’re wanting and I will happily provide you with a total. The $10 deposit is included in your total set price, it is NOT an added fee. I do not fill other Nail Technician’s work unless we have discussed otherwise. If you are not booked for a fill or removal, please do not show up with anything on your nails. While booking, please use your first and last name both. I have a 5 minute grace period. If 5 minutes is exceeded you will be rescheduled. This is out of respect for my time and the clients that are after you. I do not work on broken, cracked, or damaged nails to avoid infection. If you’re unsure if your nails are damaged, you’re welcome to text me a picture. Providing card info when booking is NOT optional. * Card on file will not be charged unless you cancel within 24 hours or no call no show. If you need to cancel or reschedule you may do so through the website or you can text me. * No call no shows will get you banned from booking with me again. Thank you! Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charge 75% of your set price.
